The official website now uses the new yunsh.net address — privacy policy, terms of use, official site and the download center all point to it. The About section now also shows the ICP filing number (粤ICP备2026156973号); tap it to open the MIIT lookup page.
We keep polishing this toolbox.
Key updates across all our apps. You can also find version history inside each app's settings.
Added 5 new in-app languages: Italian, Russian, Indonesian, Vietnamese, and Turkish — 14 languages in total. Switch them in Settings → App Language.
Fixed a bug that made the PDF and text tools stop working entirely after a dozen uses. Long-image stitching and collage now accept up to 20 photos per selection instead of 9 (older WeChat versions still cap it at 9 automatically).
The preview now matches each image's real proportions exactly. Portraits, landscapes and panoramas display in full at full width — no more short cropped strips, and no more blank margins on the sides of portrait photos. You can confirm you picked the right photo before processing.
Fixed the crash that made every tool fail as soon as you tapped Process — image tools were effectively unusable. Long-image stitching also no longer fails when you add many photos.
The WeChat Mini Program edition ships 12 tools: image compress, format convert, resize, watermark, grid splitter, long-image stitch, collage, ID photo layout, metadata cleaner, images to PDF, PDF merge, PDF split, text compare and text encoding convert. Everything runs on your phone — files are never uploaded and no sign-up is needed.
The apps page now shows real per-platform status: web tools are live, iPhone/iPad and Mac are under App Store review, and Android and Windows are still in development with no download offered yet.
Improved close-up open-book page framing to reduce missing pages and small text-only crops.
Improved left/right page framing for open books and notebooks, reducing cases where pages were cut into halves.
When scanning an open book, tap the top and bottom of the spine to correct a misplaced crop, with smoother corner dragging.
Improved left- and right-page framing for open books and notebooks, reducing cases where gutter endpoints extend beyond the paper.
Scanning now offers automatic, left-page and right-page selection for books, plus screen-content and outer-frame targets. Open-book and device-boundary detection is improved, and your target stays consistent through capture, import and rotation.
Smarter scanning: the scanner now locks onto boxy objects like pencil cases and packages, not just paper, so far fewer shots end up without a crop box.
Crop & Resize got better: the crop box now shows its pixel size live while dragging, and the output size follows in real time (ID photo spec templates keep their standard size); new ID photo templates (Small 1-Inch, 1-Inch, Large 1-Inch, 2-Inch) are one tap away, the print preset is upgraded to 1200×1800, an effective print-DPI hint tells you if the photo is sharp enough to print, and a mislabeled widescreen preset was corrected.
Polished interface details: language switcher now consistent on every page including Task Center, removed duplicate button on Recent Items, dates follow the app language, and the scan scope line no longer shows personal folder names.
Favorites and recent tools now appear as compact quick-access shortcuts instead of stretched full-width cards, with a cleaner mobile layout.
Fixed the Mac category pages showing a Chinese title in some languages; window titles are now localized.
Mac checkup CPU and memory readings now update with the dashboard status strip, and explanation popups are clearer.
The Mac dashboard is cleaner, with compact checkup cards shown only after readings arrive. View explanations through info icons and see the file scan scope at a glance.
Mac checkups now show CPU, memory, thermal state, space, power and network conditions with evidence. Review cleanup candidates before moving them to Trash, with honest partial-scan and failure results.
The Dock now shows the localized app name. Quitting from the menu bar now closes both the main app and its companion normally.
Fixed duplicate tool artwork across platforms. Mac scan correction, duplicate-file cleanup and other tools now have dedicated artwork; iOS and Android no longer reuse imagery for text encoding, barcodes, file splitting, audio extraction and related tools; the web native-asset mapping is synchronized and remains fully unique.
Control the menu bar companion from Settings and choose disk space, memory, CPU, thermal state, or an icon only. Menu language and branding now follow the app.
Mac gains a task center with processing across pages, cancellation and retries, folder image imports, drag and drop, Quick Look, regex batch renaming with conflict checks and undo, and smoother large-text comparison. Fixes protect existing files and improve the menu bar companion and long-running task quota.
Video exports now respect cancellation from the start and can be retried. Removing a PDF password now removes encryption while preserving annotations, forms, bookmarks and page links. Free-use counting is more reliable for concurrent long-running tasks.
iOS stability overhaul: photo deletion now actually deletes and reports the real count instead of falsely claiming success; the free daily quota is back to 5 usable operations with the 5th completing normally; similar-photo groups can no longer be wiped clean by accident; Live Photos and video previews no longer crash with iCloud content; PDF-to-images gained a page limit, no longer crashes on large files and no longer leaves temp files behind; password-free PDFs no longer lose annotations and forms; scanning and preview screens no longer freeze while processing large photos in the background; QR/text recognition now follows your language
Mac fixes: the menu bar companion and 'open in app' from the web now actually work; System Monitor no longer shows miscolored or mislabeled data in non-Chinese languages, network speed stays sane after sleep/wake, and the process list is steadier; junk cleanup now skips running apps so your data is safe; uninstall no longer asks for an admin password repeatedly; Network Check now measures real download speed
Toolverse for Mac can now live in your menu bar: enable it in Settings for one-click access to your go-to tools plus an at-a-glance look at free disk space
Fixed leftover untranslated text: some screens (image compression, image watermark, annotations and more) used to mix in Chinese on non-Chinese interfaces; all eight languages now display fully localized
The web app now remembers the last successful settings for key tools so you can restore them with one tap — never auto-applied, and no files or text content are stored
The web app now remembers recent and favorite tools locally, and suggests useful next steps after processing so you can get back to your workflow faster
Third Web Pro Preview is live: OCR recognizes Chinese and English text from images and multi-page PDFs locally in your browser, with copy and TXT export, free during preview
Polished all eight interface languages to native quality: English, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese copy now reads naturally, with tighter titles that no longer truncate
The Mac system monitor got a fresh new look — cleaner, more focused, and easier to read at a glance
Fixed a crash when saving to Photos, and PDF to Images now outputs files at the intended size again
Second Web Pro Preview is live: PDF Compression with native-aligned Light/Standard/Strong levels, local raster recompression and honest size savings, free during preview
First Web Pro Preview is live: PDF to Images with 150/300 DPI, JPG/PNG and automatic ZIP for multi-page PDFs, all processed locally and free during preview
Web Pro groundwork is here: core tools stay free and ad-free, with a new Pro overview, gentle post-result prompts, and anonymous interest metrics — no sign-in required
New PDF to Images tool saves every PDF page as a picture; scans can now export as images and results can be saved to any folder
Four more languages: the app now speaks German, French, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese — nine languages in total
Files made inside the app now travel with you: import from Recent Items in tools like PDF compression, or send any file to another tool in one tap
In the scan tool, the rotate and delete buttons on each captured page moved below the thumbnail instead of blending into the photo
The app now speaks Japanese and Korean: five languages in total, following your system language or switchable in settings
Official English name is here: with your device set to English, the app is now called Toolverse on the home screen and throughout the interface
Refreshed launch screen with the four capability pillars and the current version number shown at the bottom
Fixed and sped up QR-code and receipt album scans: no more 0% hang, and detection now runs in parallel lanes doing only the work each feature needs, cutting a full-library scan from tens of minutes to roughly 1-2
LAN transfer rework: pairing now uses an 8-character short code, links survive app switching, and expired links show a friendly branded page telling you to rescan
Cleaner iPhone experience: desktop-only tools (large file scan, system cleanup, etc.) no longer appear on iOS; they remain available in the Mac/Windows apps
Better long-task waiting: a branded card explains expected duration, whether you can switch apps, and what stays tappable, with real pause/cancel preserved
Honest album analysis states: no more fake "done" on first launch; empty library, read failures and pauses now show clear status with retry, and smart-keep rules are unified across similar-photo and burst tools
New free quota rule: 5 uses per day count only on actual successful processing — a batch counts once, failures/cancellations are free; members remain unlimited
Image tools polish round: one-tap auto-enhance now uses system-level smart adjustment, editors scroll as one page, stale results clear when you change settings, and previews feel more responsive
Official site refresh: all 25 tools now use the same native artwork as the apps, easily-confused tools get unique semantic badges, and layouts on phone and desktop are cleaner
Cross-device handoff: from the web you can jump straight into the same tool in the mobile or desktop app (works once the new app versions are installed)
13 new web tools (photo collage, ID photo layout, PDF watermark, batch rename, file splitter/merger, text diff and more) — all processed locally in your browser, 25 tools in total, free
Mac app no longer requests camera access: document scanning now uses file or photo-library import instead
New membership model: all ads removed; free users get 5 uses per day (gentle reminders, never blocking), monthly/yearly members are unlimited
Video slimming lands on three platforms: pick a quality tier on mobile, or drag in batches with parallel encoding on desktop
